The first step in becoming a Seneca foster parent is to attend an orientation, which takes 60-90 minutes. You can get all of your questions answered and learn about the children we serve, the certification process, and the practical and financial support our foster parents receive. If none of the orientation dates below are convenient, please contact us to arrange a private orientation at any of our Bay Area offices: Oakland, San Leandro, San Francisco, San Rafael, or Santa Rosa.
